Portrait Contract

A signed contract along with a $200 retainer fee must be obtained to book your session and reserve your session date. If you cannot keep your reserved date, please notify me within 48 hours of your session and your retainer will be reserved for your reschedule date. Anything inside of 48 hours of your session time will be considered a no-show and will result in loss of the retainer. To book again,  a new retainer and contract will need to be obtained. Please be aware that this is to ensure that all parties are present for your session and allows me to reserve time and date specifically for your boutique experience and I won't have other clients booked during that time. Further details are outlined in the contract.

Model Release

In addition to the signed contract and $200 retainer fee, I also require all clients to sign a model release. This allows me to use the images taken during your session for my portfolio as well as promotional and marketing material. Uses include, but are not limited to: publishing on my Website & Blog, Social Media marketing like Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, Twitter, etc., and all printed marketing material and sample products like prints / albums, etc.  Your images may also be submitted for publication on third party blogs or websites that feature photographers and photography sessions. In that circumstance, those images are not sold for commercial purposes, but are published as promotional use for the photographer and used as inspiration for future clients.

If you are under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian is required to sign.
